Conditioning Shampoo and Body Wash Directions :
Wet hair and body. Apply to skin and hair. Gently massage into hair and body. Focus on the scalp and roots, gently massaging in a circular motion. As a body wash, apply to skin using hands, sponge or loofah. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat as needed.
Natural Extra Rich Conditioner Directions :
After shampoo rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner, evenly to hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave in for a 2-5 minutes, so the conditioner will penetrate and moisturize your hair deeply. Rinse well. If your hair is very dry or damaged, allow 5 minutes or re-apply.
Natural Hair Gel Directions :
Pat your hair dry if wet, and apply hair gel to hair using your hands. To style your hair, use your fingers, a comb, or a brush. Easy to wash out at the end of the day.
Pure & Gentle Face Cleanser Directions:
Use warm water to wet face, using a towel if desired. Apply a small amount of cleanser to wet face. Gently massage cleanser on skin, using a circular motion. Apply especially in areas where skin is rough or has dirt, oil or makeup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, removing the cleanser completely from your skin. Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel or facial cloth. Avoid rubbing. Follow with moisturizer.

Apply a generous layer to clean the skin. Leave for 3-5 minutes and rinse with warm water. Use 1-2 times per week. Avoid lip and eye areas.

3. Still unable to locate the package: Get in touch with the shipping company directly.

Return Information
You may return items sold and fulfilled by ibodycare.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Let us know how we can help you!
In some cases, we may not require a return to issue a refund. If you do return an item to us, shipping for returned items is paid by the buyer. If you change your mind for any reason while the shipment is en route to you or is delivered, your return will be accepted and a refund issued once it is received and processed.
RETURN SHIPPING: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will also be happy to send you a return label for your item. If you are returning an item that is not defective or in error, your account will be charged a small return shipping fee based on the weight of your item(s). Standard cost for most items is $5-$10 for small items, and $35-$50 for heavy items. Return shipping costs will be based on shipping weight and dimensions.
RESTOCKING: We charge a $6 restocking fee on each return, which we waive if you choose store credit or exchange.
REFUND TIMELINE: You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
