Products: BodyCushion Face Down Support Cushion Set, Orthopedic Large Leg Bolster, Back Support, Body Cushion (Pregnancy Model)

Body Support Systems, Inc. offers limited warranties for their products. Vinyl coverings and Face Support Bases are covered for 3 years, Foam is covered for the product's lifetime, and Cotton Covers are covered for 90 days. These warranties are limited and exclude damage from wear, misuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of care. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Distributor is required for warranty coverage. Custom Craftworks

Products: Taj Mahal Stationary Massage Tables, Omni Cervical Relief Neck Pillow, Aura and Destiny Tables and Pivotal Therapy Soft Tissue Home Relaxation System

Certain Custom Craftworks products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Their warranty is non-transferable and valid only with proof of purchase. Different components and products of Custom Craftworks carry different warranty timelines and they reserve the right to inspect claimed defective products . Earthlite

Products: Massage Tables and Chairs, Carry cases, Face Cradles, Stool Cover, Bolsters, Armrest Shelves, Covers, Cushions, Table Warmers and Covers, Kits, Stools and Packages

Earthlite provides a comprehensive warranty policy covering their products. For portable tables, chairs, and headrests, they guarantee against defects in material and workmanship for as long the original purchaser for 5 years after the product is discontinued or modified. Foam, upholstery, and facecradle platforms are covered for 3 years. Electric lift and stationary tables come with a lifetime warranty on the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the lift motor and controls. Accessories are warranted for 1 year. Master

Products: Master Fairlane Wide Portable Massage Table Package and Master Massage 30 inch Eva Pregnancy Portable Massage Table

Master has different Free-Warranty-Periods for production before and after February 2015. Within Free-Warranty-Periods, their products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original owner. For warranty related defects, replacement parts will either be offered free of charge or the customer can exchange or return the product for repair. Oakworks

Products: Carry Cases, Stabilization Straps, Head Rest Platforms, Massage and Mat Tables, Bolsters, Packages, Carts, Face Cradles, Prone Pillows, Table Protectors

Oakworks offers a Limited Warranty on factory provided parts on all their products that are free of material and craftsmanship defects. They vary from 1 to 5 years depending on the product, and some labor, electrical, and moving parts are not included. Replacement parts have a 90-day warranty.
